+ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. + The balance of payment is due upon completion of works. + Invoices outstanding past their due date are subject to a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount, commencing the day after the due date, calculated per day on the increasing balance. + Preparation Digital Marketing has the right to stop providing support and services until outstanding invoices are paid in full. + Services will be provided by Preparation Digital Marketing during the standard hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM on weekdays. This does not include public holidays. + Any services rendered by Preparation Digital Marketing outside of the standard hours may be billed at a higher rate. + Preparation Digital Marketing has the right to reuse any rejected designs for other projects.
